Complimentary Consultations

New Skinsations offers consultations free of charge to thoroughly educate you before a decision is made on an aesthetic procedure. Not only does it allow us to get to know you personally, but it also allows us to honestly describe the process and make sure that all of your questions are answered. By discussing the treatment process, you will know what to expect and how your results can be achieved. There is absolutely no pressure during a consultation, and we encourage you to take the time you need to make any decisions. We want you to feel the utmost comfort and confidence in trusting us to deliver the results you desire. If you would like to schedule a complimentary consultation, simply call our office to make an appointment or follow the link below to our online consult request form. We will allow an appropriate amount of time for the consultation based on your needs and what you would like to discuss. We look forward to hearing from you!


During a Complimentary Consultation,

we will provide...
  • A thorough explanation of the treatment process and the science behind it
  • Answers to your questions
  • Discussion of any concerns you may have
  • Revision of your health history as it pertains to the treatment
  • Discussion of how you are currently caring for your skin
  • Information about alternative treatment options (if applicable)
  • Discussion of your improvement goals and your initial expectations
  • Description of the results you can expect to see
  • Recommendation of skin care products to compliment your treatment (if applicable)
  • Establish treatment schedule, number of treatments needed and cost (if applicable)


Did you feel like we didn’t fully answer your questions or give you the information you wanted to know over the phone?

Here’s why…
As you probably know, every person is very different. For many of the services we offer, treatment schedules, results, and other details depend a lot on these individual differences. We do our best to answer your questions over the phone, but until we can actually see you and evaluate the condition of your skin, we are somewhat limited to what we can generalize and guarantee by just simply talking over the phone. We never want you to feel mislead or disappointed in any way, and by saving specific answers to certain questions for a consultation, we hope to avoid any confusion. We know that it is often difficult to find time in your busy schedule to visit our office for something you are becoming interested in, but we highly recommend it if you have treatment specific questions or if you are unsure which treatment/products would be best for you. We would love the opportunity to get to know you and to provide detailed answers to all of your questions as well as appropriate recommendations with regard to you personally. We encourage you to take advantage of a complimentary consultation so that we can provide you with realistic expectations and the knowledge to make informed decisions based on your individual needs.



Appointments

Although we do our very best to accommodate walk-ins, we recommend that you make an appointment in advance for a time that works for you. This way you can specify your preferred date, time, and skin care professional, as we cannot guarantee that someone will be available to perform a procedure on a walk-in basis. Please call us at 573-659-7546 to schedule an appointment. If after business hours, please leave a message stating your name, phone number, and appointment preferences, and we will contact as soon as possible. Clients are welcome to specify who they would like to see for their appointment.

If your appointment is for laser or aesthetic services, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out your paperwork.

If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our very best to accommodate you, but your service may have to be shortened.

Appointment Confirmations

We know how busy many of our clients are, so we will make a courtesy call to you the day before your appointment as a reminder. If we are unable to reach you, we will leave a message.



Cancellation Policy

If you are not able to make it to your scheduled appointment, please contact us at 573-659-SKIN (7546) to let us know as soon as possible. If you need to reschedule, we will do our very best to find something that works for you. We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations.

Certain services may require a deposit. If a deposit is required, you must give at least 48 hours notice for cancellation in order to still apply your deposit to your service.



Payment Methods

Payment is due upon the completion of any service. We accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards (Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express). Gift Certificates are also a valid form of payment for both product and services, unless specified otherwise.



Gratuities

Gratuities are not customary for clinical treatments, but are generally given to show appreciation for our spa services such as facial treatments, manicures/pedicures, and waxing services. Gratuities are never expected and may be given at your discretion to show your appreciation for exceptional service.




Gift Certificates

Everyone loves to be pampered. Whether it’s a good friend or that special someone, a gift certificate to New Skinsations is perfect for any occasion. Gift Certificates are available in any amount for purchase in the office, as well as over the phone. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and may be applied to products or services.



In-Office Pick-Up

Call 573-659-7546 or email info@newskinsations.com ahead anytime to request your products! We can prepare your ticket and have your products up front and ready for you to pick up.  We can also look up any item you've purchased from us, so you don't have to always know exactly what you're using.  Pay over the phone or when you come in to pick up your products!
