New Skinsations offers consultations with one of our experienced treatment providers to thoroughly educate you before a decision is made on an aesthetic procedure. Not only does it allow us to get to know you personally, but it also allows us to honestly describe the process and make sure that all of your questions are answered. By discussing the treatment process, you will know what to expect and how your results can be achieved. There is absolutely no pressure during a consultation, and we encourage you to take the time you need to make any decisions. We want you to feel the utmost comfort and confidence in trusting us to deliver the results you desire. Although we can sometimes accommodate walk-ins, (and it never hurts to ask us what may be available!) we do ask that you make an appointment in advance for a time that works for you. This way you can specify your preferred date, time, and skincare professional, as we cannot guarantee that someone will be available to perform a procedure on a walk-in basis. Please call our office at 573-659-7546 (SKIN) to schedule an appointment. If after business hours, please leave a voice message stating your name, phone number, and appointment preferences, and we will contact you as soon as possible. Clients are welcome to specify who they prefer to see for their appointment.
If your appointment is for your first laser or aesthetic service, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out your paperwork.
If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our very best to accommodate you, but your service may have to be shortened or completely rescheduled.
If you miss your appointment without giving us any notice, a deposit will be required to reschedule or schedule your next appointment. We appreciate your understanding.
About 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will receive a text message appointment reminder to the phone number you provided upon scheduling with us. Just let us know if you would also like to receive email reminders in addition to the text message.
We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellation and rescheduling. If you are not able to make it to your scheduled appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible at 573-659-7546 (SKIN) to let us know. Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling of appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Select services may require a deposit to schedule. If a deposit is required, you must give at least 48 hours notice for cancellation in order to still apply your deposit to your service.
Payment is due upon the completion of any service. We accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards (Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express). Gift Certificates are also a valid form of payment for both products and

Gift Certificates are available in any amount for purchase in the office, as well as over the phone. Gift Certificates may be applied to any products or services of your choice. There are no refunds on gift certificates once purchased.

We can also look up any item you've purchased from us, so you don't have to always know exactly what you're using. Pay over the phone or when you come in to pick up your products!
